While serving as the General Manager of the largest commercial window cleaning business in Southern California we doubled the new of crew members to over 100 full time crew members & expanded the services to include many additional service lines...without the need to increase our office support staff headcount.
It was an exciting 18 month journey of building, developing and growing the people and the business!
Our growth caught the attention of other business owners & in 2013, a business owner asked if I would be willing to teach he & his team how they could use technology & strategic processes, like we did, to grow thier business.
That was 10 years ago, and since that day I've provided training, hands on consulting and advisory services to thousands of business owners and key managers. And I'm just as energized about discovering solutions and strategies for those looking to scale their business and their results today, as I was 10 years ago.
